By submitting an application through this website, the applicant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
1. Accuracy of Information
The applicant must provide true, accurate and complete information in the registration form.
2. Documents
The applicant may be required to submit supporting documents such as Farmer ID, 7/12 land extract, Aadhaar where applicable, and other documents required for verification.
3. Eligibility
Submission of an application does not automatically establish eligibility.
Eligibility will be determined according to the applicable campaign criteria, document verification and selection process.
4. Registration Fee
Where applicable, the registration fee is ₹200.
The registration fee is charged towards registration, application processing, administrative activities and verification.
5. No Guarantee of Spray Pump Distribution
Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee that the applicant will receive a spray pump.
Distribution will be subject to applicable eligibility criteria, verification, availability, approval, funding and campaign conditions.
6. Incorrect or Misleading Information
If an applicant provides false, incorrect or misleading information, the application may be rejected or cancelled.
Further action may be taken where required under applicable law.
7. Duplicate Applications
Multiple applications submitted by the same applicant may be reviewed and may be cancelled or consolidated where appropriate.
8. Payment
Payments may be processed through PayU or another authorized payment gateway.
Applicants should retain their payment confirmation and transaction reference for future communication.
9. Verification
The campaign authority may verify the information and documents submitted by an applicant.
Additional documents or information may be requested where necessary.
10. Refund
The registration fee is generally non-refundable.
However, transactions involving technical payment errors, duplicate payments or circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law may be reviewed separately.
11. Changes to the Campaign
The campaign schedule, eligibility criteria, process, availability or other conditions may be modified where necessary due to administrative decisions, funding, availability, applicable regulations or other circumstances.
12. Compliance with Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to applicable laws and regulations of India.
13. Applicant Consent
By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
