Registration Fee

Where applicable, a registration fee of ₹200 may be charged for online registration.
The fee is intended to cover registration, application processing, administrative activities and verification.

General Refund Policy

Once the registration process has been completed and the registration fee has been successfully received, the fee will generally not be refundable in the following circumstances:
* The applicant voluntarily cancels the application.
* The applicant is found ineligible.
* Required documents are incomplete or incorrect.
* Incorrect, false or misleading information has been submitted.
* The applicant is not selected as a beneficiary.
* A spray pump is not available.
* The applicant does not satisfy the applicable campaign conditions.
* The applicant does not complete the required verification process.

No Guarantee of Distribution

Payment of the registration fee does not create an automatic right or guarantee to receive a spray pump.
Distribution will depend on eligibility, verification, availability, approval, funding and the applicable campaign conditions.

Failed or Pending Payments

If money is debited from the applicant’s bank account but the payment status is shown as failed, pending or unsuccessful, the transaction may be verified with the payment gateway or relevant financial institution.
If the amount has not been received by the campaign organizer, the transaction may be handled according to the applicable payment gateway and banking process.

Duplicate Payments

If the same applicant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same application, the applicant should contact the campaign office with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable rules and payment service procedures.

Refunds Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
